Discover the art and science of craft distilling gin on the T500 by making your own small-batch London Dry style gin.

When used with a T500, you can craft distil a London Dry style gin to enjoy any way you like.

Makes a bright, crisp, and refreshing London Dry style gin with notes of pine and citrus, and a warm pepperiness on the palate.

Mixing Instructions:

1. Make and ferment a wash as normal.
2. Perform a stripping run.
3. Prior to the spirit/botanical run, remove the nut from your T500 Reflux or Alembic condenser and attach the basket in its place.

Note: If using the T500 Reflux Condenser, remove the saddles prior to your spirit/botanical run.
