This limited-edition kit is the perfect winter stout: chocolatey, smooth and creamy.
Lactose and rolled oats give this kit a full body, silky smooth mouthfeel with a creamy head while Warrior and East Kent Goldings hops have combined with NBC's grain recipe bill to create rich flavours of caramel, spice, chocolate and biscuit.

For optimal results, we recommend pairing this kit with Mangrove Jack's M15 Empire Ale Yeast and Mangrove Jack's Beer Nutrient.

Instructions:

• Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.
• Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.
• Aerate, pitch Mangrove Jack's M15 Empire Ale yeast and Yeast Nutrient.
• Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
