Packed with flavour from Simcoe, Columbus and Mosaic hops - which deliver a beautiful chaos of citrus, fresh-cut pine, and juicy green fruit flavours.

For optimal results, we recommend pairing this kit with Mangrove Jack's M44 West Coast Ale Yeast and Mangrove Jack's Beer Nutrient.

Instructions:

• Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.
• Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.
• Aerate, pitch Mangrove Jack's M44 West Coast Ale Yeast and Yeast Nutrient.
• Dry Hop with 50g Cascade and 15g Amarillo hops on day 7.
• Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
